Placing an Order:

Orders can be placed over the telephone, by email or by ordering through our online rug designers.

All bespoke rugs are made to order and full payment is due with order, with the exception of the 100% wool/wool & silk rugs which due to the longer delivery are payable 50% with order 50% on delivery.

Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer, credit/debit card or via Paypal.  Payments taken via our online rug designer are processed by Value-Secure where your credit card details are on their secure servers using secure socket technology offering 100% security. 

Once an order is placed a receipted invoice with full details of your bespoke rug is sent out by first class post and this also acts as your acknowledgement of order.  Please check sizes, product details and colours carefully as unless errors are brought to our attention we cannot be held responsible at a later date when the rug is made.

For the 100% wool/wool & silk rugs and also tapestry rugs a small sample is made for your approval prior to the actual rug manufacture commencing.  There is a charge of £30 for this which is deducted from your final invoice cost.  Once you have seen the sample should you decide not to go ahead the £30 is not refundable.  Once this sample is seen and approved and rug order placed you have 24 hours to cancel in order to obtain a full refund of your 50% deposit on the full size rug.

For all bordered rugs once an order is placed should you for any reason need to cancel then this needs to be done within 24 hours in orderr to obtain a full refund.  In the unlikely event that the products for your order are out of stock you will either be emailed or telephoned with full details of the delay time and you have the option to cancel or change your selection.

For larger rugs we do offer an installatin service which is chargeable and we will be more than happy to provide a quotation on request.

Privacy Policy:

All our customer details are strictly confidential and ar eprotected within the current Data Protection Act.  We do not store credit card details and do not share customer details with any third parties.
